A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT NO. LL 2008-03 COMBINING TWO
PARCELS OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES
SITUATED AT 2200 AND 2248 N. BATAVIA STREET
IN THE CITY OF ORANGE, COUNTY OF ORANGE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for the
Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution where the land taken from one parcel is
added to an adjoining parcel, and where a greater number of parcels than originally exis ed is
not thereby created; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal Code Sections
16.32.010 et seq., which provide the procedure to be followed for the appro al of said lot line
adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department of Public Works an the
Staff Review Committee have reviewed and recommended approval of Lot Line Adjustment
No. LL 2008-03 and have made a finding that combining the real properties situated at 2200
and 2248 N. Batavia Street in the City of Orange, into one parcel described as Parcel 1, in
Exhibit A attached hereto and graphically depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit B,
complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map Act and all applicable City
of Orange ordinances and regulations, including the requirements for building sites; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Public Works Department and the Staff
Review Committee have made the following findings:
1.That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line
adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 of the Subdivision Map
Act;
2. That the requirements of the California Environmental Quality
Act have been met;
3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and
4.That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements of the
Zoning Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby concurs in
the above findings; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment No. LL
2008-03, as shown on Exhibits A and B to this Resolution be approved, and a deed
establishing title in conformity with said parcel be executed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder.
ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 2008.

1. Record the subject lot line adjustment:
Please return the signed document so that the City Clerk can record it with the above resolution.

2. Cancel the subject lot line adjustment:
The City Engineer will request the City Council to rescind the resolution 10304.
3. Place the resolution 10304 in a file until receiving a request for recording from the applicant:
The applicant must specify in the letter the time, not to exceed 2 years from the approved date(7/8/08)of the
resolution, he or she wishes to keep this resolution in file.
