Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 4:30 P.M. SESSION 1. ROLLCALL PRESENT ABSENT Murphy, Barrera, Coontz, Spurgeon, Slater None 2.CONSENT CALENDAR Tape 1014 2.1 Declaration ofthe Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Cassandra J. ORA- 0322 A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency designating either of two weeklies,The Orange City News or The Orange Independent, with The Orange County Register as an alternative, as the newspapers of general circulation for publication of official notices.Carole Walters, 534 N. Shaffer, requested an explanation ofthe designation of newspapers for publication of official notices.The City Clerk responded The Orange Independent was added to provide more flexibility on the legal notice deadlines, indicating The Orange County Register can be used if deadlines are missed on the weekly publications.ACTION: Approved. R. GUERIN. Time set for a joint public hearing with the City Council to consider the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) and Lease Agreement with J. R. Guerin for purposes of operating a restaurantlbrewery at the Santa Fe Depot. NOTE: For discussion ofthis item, see October 8, 1996 Council Minutes, Item 13.1. RESOLUTION NO. ORA- 032l A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency approving the lease of the Santa Fe Depot property in the Southwest Redevelopment Project Area to J. R. Guerin Brewing Co., LLC;approving the Disposition and Development Agreement relating thereto; and authorizing the Executive Director to execute, on behalf ofthe Agency, the Disposition and Development Agreement and related documents as necessary; and making certain findings with respect thereto.
