Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 4:30 P.M. SESSION 1. ROLLCALL PRESENT ABSENT Murphy, Barrera, Coontz, Spurgeon, Slater None 2. CONSENT CALENDAR 2.1 Declaration of the Clerk ofthe Orange Redevelopment Agency, Cassandra J. Cathcart, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting of July 23, 1996 at Orange Civic Center, Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia, Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board and Time Warner Communications; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.2.2 RequestAgency confirmation of warrant registers dated July 9, 11 and 12, 1996.ACTION: Approved. 2.3 ApproveRedevelopment Agency Minutes of a Regular Meeting, July 9, 1996.ACTION: Approved. AGREEMENTS 2. 4 Requestthe Board of Directors authorize the Executive Director to execute an Owner Participation Agreement ( OP A) between the Orange Redevelopment Agency and Village Nurseries for a loan of $300,000 to assist in relocating and consolidating their operations into one location at 1589 N. Main Street.FISCAL IMPACT: Funds have been budgeted in Account No. 938-9825-485802- 9113 Northwest Commercial Loan & Grant Fund.
