The Orange Redevelopment Agency ofthe City of Orange, California convened on June 25, 1996 at
4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California.

1500-96:The joint public hearing with the
City Council on the
proposed adoption of the Third Amendment to the Southwest Redevelopment Plan for the Southwest Redevelopment Project Area has
been continued from June 11, 1996 to this time. This proposal is
to amend the Southwest Redevelopment Plan by adding approximately 2.2 acres of land comprised of a
