Chapman Avenue, Orange,California. 4:30 P.M. SESSION 1. ROLLCALL PRESENT ABSENT Murphy, Barrera, Coontz, Spurgeon, Slater None 1.1 APPROVAL OF MINUTES - None 2. CONSENT CALENDAR 2.1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Cassandra 1.Cathcart, declaring postingofOrangeRedevelopmentAgencyAgendaofandadjournedregularmeeting of May 16, 1996 at Orange Civic Center, Main Library,the Police Facilityat1107N. Batavia, the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board and summarized on Time Warner Communications; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 24 hours before commencement ofsaidadjournedregularmeeting.ACTION: Accept Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record intheOfficeoftheAgencyClerk.MOTION SECOND AYES Murphy Barrera Muryhy, Barrera, Coontz, Spurgeon, Slater Item 2.1 was approved as recommended.END OF CONSENT CALENDAR 3. ORA- 0311 A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency approving an Affordable Housing Agreement with Plaza Garden Apartments LLC, a California Limited Liability Company and making certain findings. MOTION SECOND AYES NOES Barrera Spurgeon Murphy, Barrera, Coontz, Spurgeon Slater That Resolution No. ORA-0311 as introduced be adopted and same was passed and adopted by the preceding vote. MOTION SECOND AYES NOES Barrera Spurgeon Murphy, Barrera, Coontz, Spurgeon Slater Moved to authorize transfer offunding in an amount not to exceed $1,215,750 from the 921 Southwest Housing Set-Aside Fund and 931 Northwest Housing Set-Aside Fund for the acquisition and rehabilitation of the Plaza Garden Apartments by the LLC.6.
