Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 4:30 P.M. CONSENT CALENDAR 2.1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Cassandra I.Cathcart, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment AgencyAgendaofregularmeetingofMarch26, 1996 at OrangeCivicCenter, Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being in the City of Orangeandfreelyaccessibletomembersofthepublicatleast72hoursbeforecommencementofsaidregularmeeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agenda Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.2.2 Request Agency confirmation of warrant registers dated March 8 and 12, 1996.ACTION: Approved.CONTRACTS 2.3 Request approval of a contract between the Orange Redevelopment Agency and Del Richardson Associates for relocation services, and an appropriationtocoverthecostofthecontract. The contract services include preparation of the requiredrelocationplan, and the relocation of any residential and business tenants that might beremovedasaresultofanyfutureAgency-assisted project at the northwest comer ofMainStreetandLaVetaAvenue. ACTION: Agency.Approved and authorized Chairman and Agency Clerk to execute on behalf of the GRANT 2.4 Request authorization to approve a Code Enforcement Grant and authorize the Finance Department to prepare a warrant in the amount of $5,000.00. (R2500.G.1.3. 2)FISCAL IMPACT: Funds are budgeted in Account No. 911-9802-465802-9107 Code Enforcement Grant) Case No. 609. Crume, and Richard Sciuto to provide funding in the amountof $1,215,750 (Housing Set-Aside) for the acquisition and rehabilitation of the Parklane Garden Apartments located at928NorthHighlandAvenue. ORA-0306 Tape 2910 A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency approving an Affordable Housing Agreement by and between the City of Orange and Barry A. Cottle, Kenneth H. Crume, and Richard Sciuto for the Parklane Garden Apartments. MOTION SECOND AYES Murphy Coontz Murphy, Barrera, Coontz, Spurgeon, Slater Moved to adopt Resolution No. ORA-0306 of the Orange Redevelopment Agency approving an Affordable Housing Ageement with Barry A. Cottle, Kenneth H. Crume, and Richard Sciuto and making certain findings. MOTION SECOND AYES Murphy Coontz Murphy, Barrera, Coontz, Spurgeon, Slater Moved to authorize the transfer of funding in an amount not to exceed $1,215.750 from the 921 Southwest Housing Set-Aside Fund and 931 Northwest Housing Set-Aside Fund for the acquisition and rehabilitation of the Plaza Garden Apartments. 6.
