CONSENT CALENDAR 2.1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Cassandra J. Cathcart, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of regular meeting of January 23, 1996 at Orange Civic Center, Main Library, the Police Facility at 1107 N. Batavia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; aU of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the Agency Clerk.2.2 Request Agency confirmation of warrant registers dated January 9 and 12, 1996.ACTION: Approved.2.3 RESOLUTION NO. ORA- 0300A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency approving an Affordable Housing Agreement with the Orange Housing Development Corporation regarding 131 East Walnut Avenue and 143 East Walnut Avenue and making certain findings. (RA2100.0, AGR-2538)ACTION: Approved and authorized the transfer of funding in the amount of $283,930 from Housing Set-Aside Funds 915,951, and 961 to Housing Loan Account Number 913-0000-310100. ORA- 0302 A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency accepting the preliminary plan in connection with the proposed third amendment to the Southwest Redevelopment Project Area, designating the base year assessment roll for purpose of the amendment and directing transmittal to certain taxing agencies and the State Board of Equalization. (R3500.0. 6)ACTION: Approved.2.5 Request approval of First Amendment to Agreement for services with Stradling, Yocca, Carlson Rauth for extraordinary legal services. (RA2100.0, AGR-1822. B.1)FISCAL IMP ACT: Sufficient funds have been budgeted for this item.ACTION: Authorized Chairman and Agency Clerk to execute on behalf of the Orange Redevelopment Agency.
