Dear Commissioners,
We are Johnny & Jenny Nguyen and we are residents of Orange (Chapman Ave. & Prospect). Our son is
enrolled at the Orange County Classical Academy (O CCA) and our daughter will be enrolled next year.
We are writing in s upport of the conditional use permit to expand the number of allowed students from 300 to
360. Since we live so close to OCC A, we will be walking our children to school, and thus, will not incre as e
the traffic on Walnut nor Esplanade. We only want more families to have access to the quality education that
will be provided by O CCA.
We respectfully request the Commissioners vote ye s to approve the permit for expansion.
