RES-10651 Amending Resolution 10589RESOLUTION NO. 10651 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10589 FOR TOP MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES. WHEREAS, Resolution No. 10651 sets forth the terms and conditions of employment for Executive Directors and Top Management employees as listed in such resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council has consulted with the City Manager and Human Resources Director concerning the proposed employment terms contained herein; and WHEREAS, the City Attorney has discussed the issue of Police Chief Compensation with the City Council on April 24, 2012; and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to comply with all regulations related to the reporting of current compensation levels and such action shall be granted retroactively to June 20, 2010; and WHEREAS, staff recommends the effective starting date for Top Management Resolution No. 10589 is changed from July 1, 2011 to November 6, 2011; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orange that the attached Exhibit "A" shall amend the Executive Management Team monthly salary ranges within the current Top Management Salary Resolution No. 10589 regarding compensation.
