RES-10695 Executive Directors & Top Management ClassificationsRESOLUTION NO. 10695 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10589 RELATING TO THE CLASSIFICATION, COMPENSATION, AND TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS AND TOP MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2012 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2013. WHEREAS, employees covered by Resolution No. 10589 are comprised of the City's unrepresented Executive Directors, Top Managers, and Confidential Employees; and WHEREAS, the current Top Management Salary Resolution No. 10589 expired on June 30, 2012; and WHEREAS, the City has recently reached agreement with all of the City's Miscellaneous bargaining groups for the term July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013; and WHEREAS, the City Council has consulted with the City Manager regarding the proposed employment terms contained in the attached Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orange that the attached Amendment to Resolution No. 10589 is approved and incorporated by reference as Exhibit "A."
