A proposal to use existing Sunday School classrooms (First Christian Church of
Orange) for a private school. The address site is 1130 East Walnut Avenue. This
item was continued from the August 16, 2004 Planning Commission Meeting.
A motion was made by Commissioner Domer to continue this item to an unspecified date, and the
motion was seconded by Commissioner Smith.

ARCO GASOLINE STATION AND AM/PM MINI MART
A proposal to demolish a mini-market and pump island and construct a new mini-
market building and pump islands with a canopy. The project includes increasing
the number of pump islands to 8 from 4.
A motion was made by Commissioner Domer to continue this item to an unspecified date, and the
motion was seconded by Commissioner Smith.

A motion was made by Commissioner Smith to approve the minutes from the September 8, 2004
Planning Commission Meeting, and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Domer.
