and/or the Risk Manager. After a thorough investigation with the involved departments, it is the
recommendation of the City Attorney's Office that the claim(s) be denied:

d. Kim McCoy, Property Damage
3. RECOMMENDATION
Deny claim(s) and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster.

fallen tree branch.
b. Claim for damages from Kara Beth Oceguera alleging property damage to vehicle by
fallen tree branch.
c. Claim for damages from Kim McCoy alleging personal injury due to a traffic
collision that occurred in the City of Anaheim.
d. Claim for damages from Kim McCoy alleging property damage due to a traffic
collision that occurred in the City of Anaheim.
