RE: Killefer Square Project
Applicant, Western States Housing, LLC
Dear Marissa,
Per our previous communications Western States Housing will not be able to present at the July
10`h City Council meeting. Therefore, we request that the matter for Killefer Square on the July
10, 2018 City Council agenda be continued to the next meeting on August 14, 2018. Over two
weeks ago we sent confirmation to move the meeting back to August 14`h in writing, but there
have been problems with the City's computer system receiving them. Hopefully this problem is
resolved now. Thus, this letter is being sent again in written form today.
Will you please confirm receipt of our request and let us know of any further information you
may require in order to forward our request to the Council.
