Claim(s) for Damages.
2. SUMMARY
The following claim(s) have been received and investigated by the City Attorney's Office
and/or the Risk Manager. After a thorough investigation with the involved departments, it is the
recommendation of the City Attorney's Office that the claim(s) be denied:
a. Arturo Reyes Gonzalez
b. Dinh Doan
c. Irma Supancic and surviving children of Michael Supancic
d. Natividad Villalba
e. Justin D. Morse
3. RECOMMENDATION
Deny claim(s) and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster.

1 7. DISCUSSION and BACKGROUND
a. Claim for damages from Arturo Reyes Gonzalez alleging missing personal property
after his vehicle was towed on connection with a DUI arrest.
b. Claim for damages from Dinh Doan alleging his vehicle was wrongfully towed and
impounded after he refused field sobriety testing.
c. Claim for damages from Irma Supancic and surviving children of Michael Supancic
alleging wrongful death resulting from a vehicle collision while he was working for
Waste Management collecting trash.
d. Claim for damages from Natividad Villalba alleging personal injury when she tripped
and fell on a concrete slab in a parkway.
e. Claim for damages from Justin D. Morse alleging his vehicle was damaged when he
drove over a dip at an intersection in the City of Orange.
