Claim(s) for Damages.
2. SUMMARY
The following claim(s) have been received and investigated by the City Attorney's Office
and/or the Risk Manager. After a thorough investigation with the involved departments, it is the
recommendation of the City Attorney's Office that the claim(s) be denied:
a. Ariel Herco
b. Celeste Herco
c. Heirs of Vincente Banagale
d. Gail Alden
3. RECOMMENDATION
Deny claim(s) and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster.

7. DISCUSSION and BACKGROUND
a. Claim for damages from Ariel Herco alleging personal injury when he was struck by a
vehicle while crossing the street.
b. Claim for damages from Celeste Herco alleging personal injury when he was struck
by a vehicle while crossing the street.
c. Claim for damages from the Heirs of Vincente Banagale alleging wrongful death
when he was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street.
d. Claim for damages from Gail Alden alleging personal injury when she tripped and fell
on a sidewalk in the City of Orange.
