Dear Mayor Smith and Gentlemen:
I am delivering to you herewith a petition signed by 154 adult
residents of the apartments on Holly and Maple Street.
They state that they are severely damaged by the parking restriction.
They ask that you return about 44 specified street parking spaces to
public parking, so that they do not have to park many blocks away from
their homes and walk long distances past empty streets in order to
reach their homes.
