Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 4:30 P.M. SESSION 1. ROLL CALL PRESENT - ABSENT - Smith, Murphy, Cavecche, Dumitru None 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS - None 3. CONSENT CALENDAR 3.1 Request Agency confirmation of Warrant Registers dated September 28, 2006 and October 5, 2006. ACTION: Approved. 3.2 Request approval of Redevelopment Agency Minutes, Regular Meeting of October 10,2006. (RC2500.D.4) ACTION: Approved. 3.3. Second Amendment to Lease by and among Sam Franciosa, Trustee of Sam Franciosa and Susan Franciosa Family Trust, the Orange Redevelopment Agency, and the City of Orange for 216 E. Chapman Avenue; and, Second Amendment to Sublease and License Agreement by and between California National Bank and the Orange Redevelopment Agency for 216 E. Chapman Avenue. (RA2100.0-Agr- 1773.0.E.2) (See related City Council Minutes Item No. 3.7) SUMMARY: Second Amendment to Lease and the Second Amendment to Sublease and License Agreement memorializes California National Bank's request to exercise the final option to extend the term of its Sublease at 216 E. Chapman Avenue for a period of five years, commencing January 1,2007. ACTION: 1) Approved the Second Amendment to Lease by and among Sam Franciosa, Trustee of Sam Franciosa and Susan Franciosa Family Trust, the Orange Redevelopment Agency, and the City of Orange; 2) Approved the Second Amendment to Sublease and License Agreement by and between California National Bank and the Orange Redevelopment Agency; and, 3) Authorized the Chairman and Agency Clerk to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the Agency. The rent payments paid to the Agency by California National Bank are, in turn, passed through by the Agency to the property owner, Sam Franciosa, Trustee of Sam Franciosa and Susan Franciosa Family Trust.
