Discussion
Mayor pro tern Alvarez expressed concern about the parking issues at Southern Counties
Oil, as the City was supposed to have provided assistance with this. He asked that this be
elevated to a higher priority and that the City try to act as a facilitator.
The City Manager noted the parking problems are primarily between Southern Counties
Oil and the Orange County Sheriffs facility, but the City will follow up on this matter.
